Women's role ine the aeronautical industry

In 2019, we organized a meeting with Safran employees to discuss their profession and their vision of women's contributions to the aerospace sector. On International Women's Day, we brought together some actors around this theme to address questions such as: what were their journeys, what difficulties they may have encountered, especially with regard to equal pay. We were able to bring together two engineers from Safran, Noémie Vauthelin and Myriam Quaranta, but also Véronique Gosnet, who works in HR and shared with us her feelings as a recruiter and the gender diversity objectives of the Safran company as well as the Gender Equality European and International Standard (GEEIS) label.
